Build your Vision Board
Begin with “I want…” and describe the change you hope to achieve. Add any approximate measurements, photographs, plans or hand sketches you can provide. If disability, mobility, access or time makes that difficult, choose a free virtual show-around or request a £50 OREA design-capture visit where available.
Preview, refine, explore
Your package has a clear first-preview target. We email you when it is ready and place the private design links in your customer account. Request up to three minor changes together within seven calendar days; the included refinement normally takes 2–3 working days.

Ask OREA Properties for a site survey and written build quote. If the corresponding eligible work proceeds, qualifying design fees—and a paid £50 design-capture visit—are deducted from the final build invoice.

When will my design arrive?
Timing starts after cleared payment and a complete brief. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. If we need missing information, we contact you before the delivery clock begins.
Individual interior room3–5 working days
Garden, property conversion, vehicle or container concept5–7 working days
Two or three rooms / conversion zones7–10 working days
Four-room or complete-home package10–15 working days
One combined minor-refinement request is normally returned within 2–3 working days. When ready, we email you and place the private image and walkthrough links in your customer account.

To claim your credit
- Use the same email address as the design order.
- Give OREA your unique design and any paid visit reference.
- Accept the written build quotation within 12 months of the relevant purchase.
- Your eligible credit appears as a deduction on the final build invoice.
