It is a personalised visual concept showing how a room, garden, conversion, vehicle or alternative home could look and work. We use your Vision Board, approximate measurements, photographs, preferred colours, materials and practical needs to create a realistic design direction before you commit to physical work.

The included walkthrough is an interactive browser experience that lets you explore the finished concept online. It is different from a recorded video file. A separately recorded walkthrough video is included only when the selected package or your written order confirmation specifically says so.

A personalised 3D concept, at least one high-resolution finished image, a concise design direction and an interactive 3D walkthrough that opens in a web browser. We may include additional useful image angles where they help explain the design. A separately recorded walkthrough video is supplied only when specifically confirmed in the package or order confirmation.

We email the address used at checkout as soon as the design is ready. The email directs you to your private OREA 3D account, where the finished image and secure walkthrough link are kept with your order reference and purchase history. Google Drive is not our normal delivery method, but a separate secure download link may be used if a technical or file-size issue makes it necessary.

Every package guarantees at least one high-resolution finished image showing the main design direction. Extra angles may be included when they are useful for understanding the space, but they are not a fixed entitlement unless stated in the package or written order confirmation.

Begin with the Vision Board and tell us what you want to change or achieve. Add any approximate measurements, photographs, plans, hand sketches or inspiration you can provide. If disability, mobility, access or time makes this difficult, choose free virtual guidance or request the optional £50 OREA design-capture visit.

You show the space during a live video conversation and we guide you toward useful views and details. We do not take or verify measurements during the call, and it is not a survey.

Where service area, access and availability allow, an OREA project specialist can visit to take design-brief photographs and approximate measurements. It is not an architectural or measured survey. The £50 is charged separately only after the visit is confirmed.

Yes, if OREA Properties later undertakes the corresponding eligible build, the paid £50 visit fee becomes additional non-cash credit against the final build invoice, alongside any eligible design-fee credit. It is not cash-refundable or transferable except where required by your statutory rights.

Only with your permission and exact property details. Public street, mapping or aerial imagery may help us understand external context, but it may be unavailable, obscured, inaccurate or out of date. It is never treated as a measured survey or used for precise internal dimensions.

Yes. You can order as many individual designs or packages as your project genuinely needs.

First-preview targets are 3–5 working days for an individual interior room; 5–7 working days for a garden, property conversion, vehicle or container concept; 7–10 working days for two or three rooms or conversion zones; and 10–15 working days for a four-room or complete-home package. Timing starts after cleared payment and a complete brief. We confirm any different estimate before work begins.

The timeframe begins on the next working day after cleared payment and after we have received a complete enough Vision Board, measurements and supporting information to start. If something essential is missing, we contact you and the delivery clock begins once it is supplied. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

We normally return the included minor refinement within 2–3 working days after receiving one combined request. The final interactive walkthrough follows approval of the refined design. Larger or out-of-scope changes receive a separate estimate.

Yes. Every package includes one consolidated refinement round covering up to three minor changes, requested together within seven calendar days of receiving the first preview.

Examples include changing up to three colours or finishes, replacing, removing or repositioning up to three furniture or décor items, and a small lighting, storage or styling adjustment that stays within the agreed room, measurements, layout direction and brief.

A completely new style or layout, changed measurements, added rooms or areas, several alternatives, structural changes, custom-modelled products, or changes caused by inaccurate or missing information are additional work. We confirm any price before starting.

If we missed an agreed requirement or the service does not match the confirmed brief, tell us promptly. We will assess and correct our error without using your included refinement or charging you, while your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Our planned fixed prices are £19.99 for a single-room minor refinement round, £29.99 for a garden or conversion round, and £39.99 for a multi-room package round. Major redesigns are quoted before work begins or may require a new design order.

You can choose an individual interior room from £49.99, Mix & Match packages for 2 rooms at £119.99, 3 rooms at £169.99 or 4 rooms at £219.99, and complete-home packages from £229.99. Gardens range from £49.99 to £99.99. Individual garage and conservatory concepts are £89.99, a loft concept is £99.99, and larger 2-zone and 3-zone conversion packages are £149.99 and £199.99. Car, van, truck, bus and container-home concepts are £99. Current scope and prices are always shown on the Packages page before payment.

Yes. The 2-room, 3-room and 4-room Mix & Match packages let you combine qualifying interior rooms, such as a bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, office or bathroom. Tell us the exact rooms in the Vision Board. Complete-home packages are available when you need one coordinated direction across the property.

No. These are concept visualisations. They are not architectural, structural, planning, measured-survey or Building Regulations drawings.

You can request an optional quotation from OREA Properties. Availability, survey, service area and a separate build contract apply.

Project credit is available only when our recommended partner, OREA Properties, is commissioned to undertake the corresponding eligible project for the same customer, property and designed space. The qualifying OREA 3D design fee is then deducted from the final OREA build invoice. A quotation must normally be accepted within 12 months and all eligibility conditions apply.

No. The credit is available only against a corresponding eligible project undertaken by our recommended partner, OREA Properties. It cannot be transferred to another contractor, exchanged for cash or sold to another person. Choosing OREA is optional; you remain free to use another builder, but the OREA 3D project credit would not apply.

Yes, when the corresponding spaces are included in the same eligible OREA build project.

The build quotation must be accepted within 12 months of the relevant design purchase.

No. It is a non-cash, non-transferable credit against the eligible OREA build invoice.

Use the same email address and provide your unique design order or invoice reference when requesting the build quotation.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe Checkout. OREA 3D does not receive or store your full card details.

UK cancellation rights apply. If you ask us to start during the 14-day cancellation period, you may need to pay for work already completed. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy before ordering.

The concept is based on information you provide. Please check measurements carefully. A site survey is needed before any physical build.

Yes. Remove personal documents or sensitive items from view where possible. We use uploads to deliver and support your project as explained in our Privacy Notice.

It can explain our services and policies, but it cannot provide architectural, structural, planning, electrical, gas or other regulated professional advice.

Send the exact make, model, year and body variant, wheelbase and roof height, clear photographs, usable internal measurements and details of doors, windows, wheel arches and fixed seats. A manufacturer drawing or 3D scan is helpful when available.

No. It is a spatial concept and visual walkthrough. Vehicle payload, seat and belt mounting, ventilation, gas, electrical and structural work must be checked by appropriately qualified specialists. Container structure, foundations, planning and Building Regulations also require professional verification.
