Who you contract with: OREA 3D is a trading name of OREA PROPERTIES LTD. Design payments, cancellations and approved refunds are administered by OREA PROPERTIES LTD.
1. Your right to cancel
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel a service contract. Tell us clearly by email or through the Help form. You may use any clear statement; no special wording is required.
2. Starting during the cancellation period
Our ordering form asks for your express request to begin the design service before the 14-day period ends. If you cancel after work has begun, we may deduct a proportionate amount for work supplied up to cancellation. If the service is fully performed during that period after your express request and acknowledgement, your cancellation right may end.
3. Before work starts
If you cancel within the cancellation period before we start, we will refund the design payment in full using the original payment method.
4. Work that is faulty or not as described
Your statutory rights remain. If the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill or does not match what was agreed, contact us so we can put it right, repeat the service where appropriate, or provide a price reduction or refund as required by law.
5. Refinements and statutory remedies
The included refinement is a goodwill service feature: one consolidated request of up to three minor changes, sent together within seven calendar days of the first preview. It does not replace your legal remedies. If we missed an agreed requirement or the service does not match the confirmed brief, we will assess and correct our error without using the included refinement or charging for that correction. A new preference, style, layout, measurement, room, alternative or other change outside the confirmed brief is treated as additional work rather than an automatic refund; we will confirm any charge before starting. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Change of mind after the cancellation period
Because each design is personalised, change-of-mind refunds after the statutory period are not normally offered. We will always consider exceptional circumstances fairly.
7. Timescale
Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing that a refund is due. Bank processing time can vary.
8. £50 OREA visit cancellation
The optional design-capture visit is a separately charged service. The general 14-day service-cancellation rules above apply. If you ask for the visit to take place during that period, we obtain your express early-start request; a proportionate charge may apply once work begins, and the cancellation right may end after full performance where the legal conditions are met. If OREA cancels or cannot provide a confirmed visit, the visit fee is refunded in full. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Project credit is separate
The 100% eligible OREA project credit is a non-cash build-invoice deduction. It does not replace or limit your statutory cancellation or refund rights.
